Estabrook wins Monmouth GOP support

Monmouth County Republicans today endorsed Anne Evans Estabrook for the GOP U.S. Senate nomination. “My message for change in Washington and affordability for our state continues to grow and build momentum and this support will help me carry that message to the voters,” said Estabrook.

What were they thinking?

Estabrook is a liberal in disguise. She supported Corzine and Kerry . All she has to offer is more taxes and more spending. No thanks.  My vote will be for Murray Sabrin.

Doh!

I figure the Monmouth GOPs are just supporting Estabrook because she has the most money raised. Estrabrook just claims to be Republican because she won't beat Lautenberg in a primary. Like the poster before me said she supported Corzine and Kerry.

GOP, let's stop kidding around.

We need real candidates that are committed to Republican principles of smaller government, lower taxes, less spending. Did anybody tell Ms. Estabrook about it? Did Monmouth GOP forget to tell her that?

Nominating Convention Not until March 26 - Who Endorsed?

Since the Monmouth County Republican Committee Convention for the selection of candidates does not take place until March 26th, (according the the Monmouth GOP's website), I fail to see how there could be any endorsement by the organization until that date. Was this just an endorsement by some Republicans who live in Monmouth County?

Monmouth County Republicans endorsement

Good point about the County Committee Convention notice on the MCRO site. Perhaps it was a screening committee that has recommended her endorsement by the county committee at the later date.
