Estabrook adds support from two more county chairmen
By EditorTwo more Republican County Chairmen have joined Anne Evans Estabrook's U.S. Senate Exploratory Committee, along with three state legislators and a former GOP State Chairman. Hunterdon County GOP Chairman Henry Kuhl and Salem County GOP Chairman Paul Reed join GOP county leaders from Monmouth, Union, Camden and Gloucester counties as likely Estabrook for Senate supporters. Assemblymen Peter Biondi and Sean Kean, Assemblywoman Jennifer Beck, and former GOP State Chairman Virginia Littell are also backing Estabrook. They join State Senators Joe Kyrillos and Diane Allen, and Assemblywoman Amy Handlin.
Estabrook's only rival for the chance to run against Sen. Frank Lautenberg is Joseph Pennacchio, a Morris County Assemblyman and State Senate candidate. Pennacchio has not yet announced an exploratory committee, although last week he picked up the endorsement of Assemblyman Michael Doherty, who dropped his own Senate campaign to support Pennacchio.

"(Dennis) Shulman, a blind rabbi and psychologist, acted as if articles about him and his candidacy in Time magazine and the New Yorker, as well as an endorsement from the mayor of New York City, made him a celebrity and a serious threat to incumbent Republican Rep. Scott Garrett. They didn’t. Most people in his district don’t read those magazines or care what Michael Bloomberg thinks. Garrett’s district strongly leans Republican, and Bush won it with 57 percent in 2004, running more than 11 points ahead of his statewide total. Credible Republican statewide candidates always carry the district even if they are getting pounded statewide. Despite all the self-generated hype and over-the-top campaign rhetoric, Shulman drew 42 percent against Garrett — almost 2 points worse than Paul Aronsohn (D) did two years earlier and only 1,300 votes more than 2004 Democratic nominee Anne Wolfe did."- Stuart Rothenberg, the editor and publisher of The Rothenberg Political Report, a non-partisan political newsletter covering U.S. House, Senate and gubernatorial campaigns, Presidential politics and political developments.

Estabrook is a good business person. If the people of New Jersey wake up, than maybe she'll win.

You know, I'm no fan of Anne Estabrook by any means but I must say that posting a serious thread about her gaining support with a mock drawing of her really hurts your credibility as well as the credibility of this site which has improved somewhat over the past year.
Try to be more careful in the future.
