If Ms. Allen won by 1.4% of the vote, then (5386 votes x .014) = 75 votes.
To further validate this, if you divide the votes by 1/2, or 50% you get 2,693 votes. Ms. Weinberg got .007 less than that and Ms. Allen got .007 more. Therefore, Ms. Weinberg got (5386 x .493) = 2655.3 and Ms. Allen got (5358 x .507) = 2730.7, still giving a difference of 75 votes.
